Add option to include QR codes on reports
I would like to be able to have custom report for a member (currently possible) with the QR code for each item displayed as one of the columns (not currently possible).

Could you please explain the idea more? Do you mean you wish to see all the scans (done via scans of the QR coded label) made by a certain member? That is already possible through the Asset Scans report.
If that is not what you had in mind, do please give more insight on your idea so we can have it forwarded to the product team for review.

Search for bundles in shopping cart
It would be great if you could search for and add bundles directly from the shopping cart instead of having to navigate to the bundles module or use the general search

Throw Yourselves a Party
I suggest you pat yourselves on the back. Today when I introduced the system and the app to a new group of users I got a standing ovation. Believe me, that doesn't happen very often at all.
Great job on all the good hard work you do to make this such a great tool for users.

Exporting all assets to csv not working
When trying to export all assets to csv a green information box appears telling me that the report has been sent via email, but no reports are sent. Further more, when customizing the report and choosing csv, the report is directly downloaded to the web browser, not sent by email. I would like/need to export all my assets to a csv file, and prefer that would be a direct download to the web browser.

If the report exceeds 500 rows, it has to be emailed over. If less, it is directly downloaded.
That said, can you check your spam folder if the email is going there?regards

Add 'Role' as a member template
For example, a new member of staff joins as a "Bin man". All bin men need: gloves, jacket, trousers, boots. These are flagged as not issued if he has not had some checked out to him. Or, they are ready for speedy issue as 'standard items' or something.

Display of Nested Locations on Asset List
For our projects we have a lot of sites (worldwide) and we tend to use "sub-locations" terminology that are identical to all our sites.
I was really thrilled when I discovered that EZOI had a nested locations feature. Unfortunately, when I list the items on the main page, it does not give the complete location, just the sub-location. I other words, I cannot tell, without clicking on the item, in which part of the world that item is located at.
Is there anyway that the full location can be displayed when listing the items? Thanks1 voteHi
The full location that is inserted in the system should be shown on the item details page. If its not showing for you, you can drop us a screenshot on support@ezofficeinventory.com.
Just to mention, the address of the Location will not be shown but the Location Names should be shown .e.g. Building A → Floor B → Room C.regards

On Edit Items page, the field validation does not allow me to enter nothing into the field and save.
In order for me to clear a value I have to enter a space and not nothing. I don't want the field to have a value at all. i can do this on the Asset page but not at the Edit items level.

Why can't I search on all fields for Members?
I should be able to return a list of my members from their department. Or I should be able to find a member by any data field in their entry.

Can you remove the decimal from Custom field - type Number
Everytime I add, it adds ".0"

Edit list of Reasons for Retiring assets
Would be nice to be able to edit the list of reasons to Retire assets. Items can be sold several different ways. An item might be retired because it was damaged or nonfunctional. The current list almost fits our needs, and we can add comments to be more specific, but editing the list would be better, making data entry faster and more consistent. Thanks.

Filter Search Result by Location and Availability
As a user searching for available assets in a certain location, I can filter the general search results by location and availability so I can see the available assets in my area that meet my search criteria

I have put most of our inventory into Asset Stock. I would like a place to search for key words in the names of the entire asset stock. For example I have frames in two different locations and labeled variation frames and metal frames but if someone is looking for frames they could type in frame and any items that have frame in the name, it would display.
