Switch Inventory to Asset Stock
Allow edit of item listed as Inventory to be changed to Asset Stock and vice versa. Opening, clicking edit, clicking delete, and then being brought ALL THE WAY out to Items before adding the same thing back over in Asset Stock of a specific Group and Subgroup is a huge hassle. Ten clicks or so to get back where I want to be. If I've discovered a problem about how something was input, I should be able to change it quickly, the same way I can edit an item's Group or Subgroup.

exporting just chosen assets to csv
I can only export all assets, but not just a group or chosen ones. Would be very helpful, to be able to choose which assets I want to export.

Thank you for the suggestion. We have this feature in our sights but do not have a timeline for it at the moment. As we see more requests come in for it, we’ll be sure to implement it.
In the meanwhile you can always remove the redundant rows from the spreadsheet. You can also go to Reports → All Active Assets and filter your asset listing to your preference, and then export that report.regards

Set Individual Low Stock Threshholds by Location
I would like to be able to set separate low stock thresholds for items based on each location they are in for Asset Stock and Inventory.

Checkout Acknowledgement
When an item is checked-out, the member receiving the item receives an email. There should be an option to include policies, terms of accountability, and review of items for correctness and require the member to click a link resulting in a page for them to electronically sign or similarly acknowledge receipt of equipment and terms.

Multiple Choice Dropdownlist
It would be nice to have the multiple choice as a dropdownlist. Sometimes when having too many options, one simple dropdownlist will be better than lots of radio buttons.

associate custom to subgroup
if groups and subgroups are supported,
the custom fields should be possible to associate to subgroups too.
Otherwise, if you have a specific "schema" of equipment in mind, a suggestion should be made to divide the equipment into specific groups/subgroups4 votesThis is on our roadmap but we’d not be tackling it in near future.

Add Location via Mobile App
Being able to add a location via the mobile app would be a very useful addition. In my industry new jobs come about at any point in the day and it would be helpful for my employees in the field to have the ability to add a location and check out equipment to that location.

Edit list of Reasons for Retiring assets
Would be nice to be able to edit the list of reasons to Retire assets. Items can be sold several different ways. An item might be retired because it was damaged or nonfunctional. The current list almost fits our needs, and we can add comments to be more specific, but editing the list would be better, making data entry faster and more consistent. Thanks.

Different Location Par Levels & Deleting Locations
Right now, all locations are held to he same Low Threshold Alert quantities. Is it possible to assign different Low Threshold Alerts for different locations? Also, how do you delete a location from a supply page, so that it does not remain listed as low stock?

Asset Photo from previously uploaded photos
Allow selecting a photo from another asset instead of uploading from my computer.

Collapsible locations
When selecting a location it brings up the entire list of locations and those nested under them. Would it be possible to have it so you drill down in to each one rather than them being all open?

Allow to resort your inventory Items Newest added to Oldest
In our initial adding of all our inventory into the system, we were operating on a laptop for creating assets / entering info and a phone for taking photos/scanning barcodes. With the phone, every time we went to access the newly created assed, we would be stuck starting at the top of the items list (oldest created) and have to scroll down, cycle through many pages, and find the newest created item to then photograph and barcode. Audit assets in storage
We need to be able to "audit" items that are checked in. Items checked out are delivered to clients. Items not checked out are "checked in" to a storage facility. We would like to be able to set all items at storage to "Audit" so that a tech can scan and verify that these assets are actually at the storage facility.

Inventory items in bundles relocate back to bundles
I like to add bundles to carts and send them to certain locations from my office. After the event at that location is over, I like to send these bundles back to my office. When I do so, I have to reupdate the stock for each inventory item within the bundle manually. I wish there was a way to check back in inventory items.

Customized Dashboard for Staff
Would it be possible to customize the dashboard for staff entering the system? For example to add any needed announcements, optionally launch them into the asset/inventory catalog, or instructions on how the company would like inventory items requested?

Hyperlink PO Number in a custom column to a digital scan uploaded doc
IN my custom column PO Number I have the po numbers listed. It would be awesome if I could click on the PO Number in the column and have it open the digital scan of the PO I uploaded
included in this would be mass edit link doc to selected rows in a selected column

Why can't I search on all fields for Members?
I should be able to return a list of my members from their department. Or I should be able to find a member by any data field in their entry.
